Service Lists. The Company will maintain service lists showing the continuous service of each employee in the Association and shall make the lists available to the Bargaining Committee upon request.

Service Lists. (a) Lists for part-time nurses covered by this agreement, showing their accumulated tours or half tours, shall be posted at the Home by the Corporation twice a year by January 31st and August 31st.
Service Lists. It is agreed that upon request of the Union, Service Seniority and Operational Unit Seniority lists will be supplied by Sodexo setting out the names of the employees and accumulated Sodexo unit hours worked for the purposes of Service Seniority and Operational Unit Seniority. However, such request shall not be made or granted more than twice during each calendar year. For greater certainty, probationary employees are not entitled to seniority rights under this Agreement.
Service Lists. (a) A list showing the name, area and length of Mint service of each employee will be posted within thirty days from the date of signing of this Agreement, and within the period of thirty days following each anniversary date of the Agreement; No complaint as to the correctness of an employee’s length of service made later than thirty working days following the posting of his service will be considered. Should it become necessary to reduce the number of employees in an area, the employee with the least Mint service assigned to the position in the Section (where applicable) affected by the lay-off will be subject to lay-off. Such employee will have the right to displace in his area, by location, an employee with less Mint service Recall provided such employee is assigned to a position within an equivalent or lower classification level and has the basic qualifications to fulfill the normal requirements of the alternate position. An employee who is not capable of displacing another employee by virtue of Clause will have the right to displace in his location or in a location in which he previously held a position an employee with less Mint service provided such employee is assigned to a posi- tion within an equivalent or lower classification level and has the basic qualifications to fulfill the normal requirements of the alternate position.
Service Lists. The Affiliate may select one or more of the Company’s Services to list on the Affiliate Site. For each selected Service, the Affiliate will display on the Affiliate Site a short description, review, or other reference, on condition that the Affiliate does not include pricing information and that the Affiliate does not make any representations or warranties regarding the Services. The Affiliate will be responsible for the content, style, and placement of those references. The Affiliate will provide a Promotional Link from each Service reference on the Affiliate Site to the Program Site entry. Each link will connect directly to a single item on the Program Site, using the Promotional Link provided by the Company. The Affiliate may add or delete the Company’s Services (and related links to the corresponding Program Site entry) on the Affiliate Site at any time without the Company’s approval. The Affiliate will promptly make any changes to the Affiliate’s references or links to the Company’s Services that the Company may request.
Service Lists. Service lists will be furnished to the Union and posted by the City every three (3) months on all bulletin boards accessible to employees covered by such lists. These lists shall show by lines of progression (grouped by Job Classification in the order of Job Service) the employee's name and his Departmental, Divisional and Job Service dates. Any questions as to the correctness of such lists should be promptly brought to the attention of Management.
