SERVICE DOORS Sample Clauses

SERVICE DOORS. The service door supplied by Landlord, if any, shall be provided at or about the location shown on the Lease Outline Drawings. While Landlord may elect to provide hardware for the service door, it is Tenant's responsibility to provide hardware and locking devices adequate for Tenant's service and security requirements. Repair and replacement of the service door are Tenant's responsibility.

SERVICE DOORS. Tenant is responsible for furnishing and installing a service door connecting to service corridors or mall exterior service areas. The door shall comply with applicable code requirements and Landlord requirements as described in the Tenant Criteria Manual. In the event Landlord has installed any such doors, frames and hardware, then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the cost thereof at $1,500.00 per door.
SERVICE DOORS. Washroom doors to be solid core wood doors in pressed steel frames, plastic laminate finish. Electrical room door to be steel door.
SERVICE DOORS. Tenant is required to provide name and address in service doors at rear of the Premises. Lettering is to be 4” white or contrasting color VDC located 5’-0” above finish floor, centered on door.
SERVICE DOORS. Service doors to tenant areas will have only standard identification (i.e.) Tenant's name and address number designed and installed by Landlord at tenant's expense.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
