Service Records for Separating Employees. Upon the request of an employee separating from employment, the Company will provide the employee with a copy of the employee’s service record reflecting the employee’s years of service and work history with the Company. Any employee leaving the service of the Company will, upon request, be furnished with a document setting forth the Company’s record of the employee’s qualifications and training records.

  • Access to Personnel Records (a) Upon receiving the permission of the Chief Constable or designate, an employee may review the contents of his or her personnel file provided that such review is in the presence of a person authorized for such a purpose by the Chief Constable.

  • Access to Employees Staff representatives of the Union shall be allowed to visit work areas of employees during working hours and confer on conditions of employment to the extent that such visitations do not disrupt the work activities of the area being visited.
