Service Requirements per Modality. 27 Crisis Counseling Services: The duration of Crisis Counseling 28 Services shall consist of a minimum of one (1) session and a maximum of three (3) sessions for 1 each PARTICIPANT experiencing a single or recurring traumatic event. Crisis Counseling 2 Services shall provide a brief term therapeutic approach to include, but not be limited to, assessing 3 the immediate crisis/trauma, helping the PARTICIPANT identify and develop coping strategies, 4 identifying the factors that led to the crisis state, and restoring the PARTICIPANT to their previous 5 level of functioning. CONTRACTOR shall complete a clinical assessment around level of crisis 6 stabilization at the end of service and a transfer to additional counseling modalities may be offered 7 as deemed necessary and clinically indicated.

Service Requirements per Modality. Crisis Counseling Services: The duration of Crisis Counseling Services shall consist of a minimum of one (1) session and a maximum of three (3) sessions for each PARTICIPANT. Crisis Counseling Services shall provide a brief term therapeutic approach to include, but not be limited to, assessing the immediate crisis/trauma, helping the PARTICIPANT identify and develop coping strategies, identifying the factors that led to the crisis state, and restoring the PARTICIPANT to their previous level of functioning. Individual Counseling Services: CONTRACTOR shall provide Individual Counseling Services for a minimum of four (4) sessions and a maximum of twenty (20) sessions, for each PARTICIPANT. Individual Counseling sessions shall be offered to PARTICIPANTS on a weekly basis. Services shall include prevention and intervention, a psychosocial assessment and evaluation of the PARTICIPANT, and development of treatment goal(s) focused on needs and strengths of the PARTICIPANT. Family Counseling Services: CONTRACTOR shall provide Family Counseling Services for a minimum of four (4) sessions and a maximum of twenty (20) sessions, for each FAMILY. Family Counseling sessions may be weekly or daily, based on P ARTICIPANTS’ needs. Family Counseling Services shall include, but not be limited to: a ssessing PARTICIPANT’s needs; providing emotional support; stabilizing immediate crisis; developing goals for PARTICIPANTS; addressing parenting issues, cycle of abuse, and victimization; enhancing family dynamics; and making appropriate linkages to all needed treatment programs and social support systems.
