Service Stabilisation Board Sample Clauses

Service Stabilisation Board. (a) The Service Stabilisation Board will be the forum which manages the day to day delivery of Stabilisation and will: (i) assess the of overall status of Stabilisation; (ii) discuss any significant delivery issues; and (iii) agree actions to resolve or delivery of Stabilisation issues. (b) The Service Stabilisation Board shall take as inputs for each meeting any feedback and issues escalated from existing service management meetings and the status of Stabilisation actions and Stabilisation Plan. (c) The Service Stabilisation Board shall consist of appointed representatives from each of: (i) Crown Oversight Function; (ii) the Contractor; (iii) the Foundation Customers; and (iv) by invitation, any other Initial Customer. (d) The Contractor shall ensure that its representatives at the Service Stabilisation Board meetings are empowered to make relevant decisions or have access to empowered individuals for decisions to be made to achieve this. (e) The Service Stabilisation Board shall meet monthly, or more frequently if agreed by the members of the Service Stabilisation Board. (f) The Service Stabilisation Board will escalate any Stabilisation issues which it cannot resolve during a meeting of the Service Stabilisation Board to the Contract and Operations Board.
