Services as Loan Servicer. The Servicer hereby agrees to serve as the loan servicer with respect to each of the Mortgage Loans and to perform Loan Servicing as described below and as otherwise provided herein, upon and subject to the terms of this Agreement. Services as Loan Servicer. (a) Servicer hereby agrees to serve as the loan servicer with respect to the Mortgage Loan and to perform Loan Servicing as described herein, upon and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Mortgage Loan Documents and the Amended and Restated Intercreditor Agreement during such periods as the Mortgage Loan is a non-Specially Serviced Loan. Special Servicer hereby agrees to serve as the loan special servicer with respect to the Mortgage Loan during such period as the Mortgage Loan is a Specially Serviced Loan as described herein, upon and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Mortgage Loan Documents and the Amended and Restated Intercreditor Agreement. Subject to any limitation of authority under this Agreement, including, without limitation, Sections 2.2 and 3.8, “Loan Servicing” shall mean those services that Servicer is required to provide pursuant to Accepted Servicing Practices acting alone or, without transferring its responsibility for such services, through others and such services shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Loan Servicing The servicing practices used with respect to each Mortgage Loan have been in all material respects legal, proper, and prudent.

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit.   • Custodial Services The charges and expenses of the custodian appointed by the Trust for custodial services;

  • LOAN SERVICES ADDENDUM If a Fund directs the Custodian in writing to perform loan services, the Custodian and the Fund will be bound by the terms of the Loan Services Addendum attached hereto. The Fund shall reimburse Custodian for its fees and expenses related thereto as agreed upon from time to time in writing by the Fund and the Custodian.
