Setting the Annual Budget. On or before each January 15 the Authority shall provide to each Participant the Authority’s proposed Annual Budget for the next Fiscal Year. The Annual Budget shall consider all anticipating operating costs including, but not necessarily limited to, (i) all direct and indirect costs of operation and maintenance of the Project, (ii) any debt service cost of the Authority, (iii) all major capital expenditures anticipated during the five following Fiscal Years, including reasonable funding of replacements and any desired deposits to the Capital Reserve Fund, (iv) all revenues and fees to be paid by any person under long-term contracts, (v) all revenues and fees anticipated to be paid by any person under short-term contracts, and (vi) special categories of costs and revenues.
Setting the Annual Budget. 7.1.1 Each year, in the light of decisions by the sponsor Department on the NHSCT’s updated draft corporate plan, the sponsor Department will send to the Trust: • a formal statement of the annual budgetary provision allocated by the sponsor Department through the HCB in the light of competing priorities across the Department and of any forecast income approved by the Department; and • a statement of any planned change in policies affecting the Trust. 7.1.2 The NHSCT approved annual Trust Delivery Plan (TDP) will take account both of its approved funding provision and any forecast receipts, and will include a budget of estimated payments and receipts together with a profile of expected expenditure and of draw-down of any HSCB / Departmental funding and/or other income over the year. These elements will form part of the approved TDP for the year in question (Section 4.2 of the Management Statement). 7.1.3 Any GIA provided by the sponsor Department for the year in question will be voted in the sponsor Department’s Estimate and will be subject to Assembly control.

Their sick leave balance at the end of the previous calendar year exceeds four hundred and eighty (480) hours; B. The converted sick leave hours do not reduce their previous calendar year sick leave balance below four hundred and eighty (480) hours; and C. They notify their payroll office by January 31st that they would like to convert their sick leave hours earned during the previous calendar year, minus any sick leave hours used during the previous year, to cash. All converted hours will be deducted from the employee’s sick leave balance.

  • Cashing out of Annual Leave (a) Paid Annual Leave must not be cashed out except in accordance with an agreement under clause 41.8. (b) Each cashing out of a particular amount of paid Annual Leave must be the subject of a separate agreement under clause 41.8. (c) The Employer and an Employee may agree in writing to the cashing out of a particular amount of accrued paid Annual Leave by the Employee. An agreement this clause must state: (i) the amount of Annual Leave to be cashed out and the payment to be made; and (ii) the date on which the payment is to be made. (d) An agreement under clause 41.8 must be signed by the Employer and Employee and, if the Employee is under 18 years of age, by the Employee’s parent or guardian. (e) The payment must not be less than the amount that would have been payable had the Employee taken the Annual Leave at the time the payment is made. (f) An agreement must not result in the Employee’s remaining accrued entitlement to paid Annual Leave being less than four (4) weeks. (g) The Employer must keep a copy of any agreement under clause 41.8 as an Employee record.

  • METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THE AGREEMENT Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee has to make any payment, in common with other Allottee(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the [Apartment/Plot] bears to the total carpet area of all the [Apartments/Plots] in the Project.
