Settling of Grievances. Should any question arise concerning the application, interpretation, or an alleged violation of the provisions of this Agreement, between the Employer and the employee or group of employees and where the employee has the written consent of the Union the following procedure shall apply: STEP ONE: Within twenty (20) working days after the alleged grievance has arisen, the employee, accompanied by a member of the grievance committee and a representative of the Union if he so desires, may take the matter up with the Director of Human Resources presenting the grievance in writing, on forms agreed upon by the Employer and the Union. Failing any written reply or satisfactory settlement within ten (10) working days, the employee may proceed to Step Two. STEP TWO: Within ten (10) working days from the expiration of the ten-day (10) period referred to in Step One, the employee, accompanied by a representative of the Union if so desired, may take the matter up with the Superintendent. The form completed on Step One must be presented. The Superintendent shall reply in writing on such form within ten (10) working days from the presentation of the grievance under Step Two. Failing any written reply or satisfactory settlement within such ten-day (10) period, the matter may be referred to adjudication as provided in Article 15 (Adjudication) hereof within twenty (20) working days from the expiration of such ten-day (10) period.

Settling of Grievances. Should An xxxxxxx effort shall be made to settle any question arise concerning grievance fairly and promptly in the application, interpretation, or an alleged violation following manner:
Step 1: The Employee shall first discuss any complaint informally with his direct Supervisor before filing a written grievance. The complaint shall be brought within five (5) working days of the provisions of this Agreementincident giving rise to the complaint.
Step 2: If the matter cannot be resolved on an informal basis, between then the Employer and Employee(s) shall, with the employee or group of employees and where the employee has the written consent of the Union xxxxxxx, file a written grievance outlining the following procedure shall apply: STEP ONE: Within twenty (20) working days after the alleged grievance has arisen, the employee, accompanied by a member nature of the grievance committee dispute and a representative the relevant Articles of the Union if he so desiresAgreement that have been allegedly violated, may take the matter up with the Director of Human Resources presenting the grievance in writing, on forms agreed upon by the Employer and the Union. Step 3: Failing settlement being reached in Step #2, the employee(s) concerned together with the Chief Xxxxxxx shall, within five (5) working days of receipt of the reply at Step #2, submit the matter in writing stating clearly the substance of the grievance under Step Two. Failing any written reply or satisfactory settlement and the redress sought, to the Chief Administrative Officer who shall render his decision in writing within such ten-day ten (10) periodworking days after receipt of such notice.
Step 4: Failing settlement being reached, the matter Union may be referred to adjudication as provided in Article 15 within ten (Adjudication) hereof within twenty (2010) working days of receipt of the reply from the expiration Chief Administrative Officer, notify the Chief Administrative Officer of such ten-day (10) periodits intention to refer the matter to Arbitration in accordance with Article 11.
01. All agreements reached under the grievance procedure between the representatives of the Employer and representatives of the Union will be final and binding upon the Employer and the Union and the employees.
