Common use of Seventh Consecutive Day of Work Clause in Contracts

Seventh Consecutive Day of Work. When a member is required by an appropriate supervisor to work on the seventh consecutive day within his/her scheduled work week, and the member has actually worked at least thirty-two (32) hours in the five (5) previous days plus a minimum of three (3) hours on the sixth (6th) consecutive day of work, the member shall be compensated at the rate of double time for all hours worked on the seventh consecutive day.
