Some of the improvements proposed for this area include: ❖ Specify pre-engineered frame-support shade structures with coverage of about 5,000 to 10,000 square feet to shelter gatherings for 150 people. Consider pipe column & steel beam structure with removable fabric canopy. ❖ Site grading and landscape modification required for development of the area.

Related to Shade Structure Area

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.
