Shareholder to Give Notice of Actual Commencement of Work. Prior to commencing the Work, Shareholder shall give at least five (5) days' written notice to the Corporation's Designated Engineer, the superintendent of the Building and the Managing Agent of the date the Work shall commence and the estimated duration of the Work.

Shareholder to Give Notice of Actual Commencement of Work. Prior to commencing the Work, Shareholder shall give at least five (5) days' written notice to the Corporation's Designated Supervisor, the superintendent of the Building and the Managing Agent of the date the Work shall commence and the estimated date of substantial completion. In addition, Shareholder must notify the shareholders of apartments adjacent to, above and below the Apartment that the Work will be performed and that the Shareholder will indemnify the other shareholders for any damage whatsoever that may result from or be attributable the Work. The notice sent by Shareholder shall be writing, in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit C. Copies of the letter shall be delivered to the Managing Agent before the commencement of the Work.
Shareholder to Give Notice of Actual Commencement of Work. Prior to Commencing the Work, Shareholder shall give at least ten (10) days’ written notice to the Board and to the shareholders or residents in the apartments that are adjacent to, above and below Shareholder’s apartment (the “Adjacent Premises”) of the date the Work shall commence and the estimated duration of the Work.
