Date of Substantial Completion definition

Date of Substantial Completion means the date determined by the Contracting Officer or authorized Government representative as of which substantial completion of the work has been achieved.
Date of Substantial Completion means the date established and certified by the Owner when construction is sufficiently complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents, so the Owner can occupy or utilize the Work, or designated portion thereof, for the use for which it is intended.
Date of Substantial Completion means the date when the Works have reached Substantial Completion as stated in the Taking-Over Certificate.

Date of Substantial Completion means the date identified in the Substantial Completion Certificate when the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

(b) The "date of final completion and acceptance" means the date determined by the Contracting Officer when final completion of the work has been achieved, as indicated by written notice to the Contractor. Date of Substantial Completion means the date on which the Contractor is required to achieve Substantial Completion as set forth in Article 3 of the Agreement, as may be modified pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

UDOT shall give Ford notice of each Delay incurred by UDOT within ten (10) business days after the occurrence of such Delay.
