The Contract Time of 910 calendar days from Date of Commencement, and the Guaranteed Date of Substantial Completion, as defined in Section 4.1 of the Contract, remain unchanged by this Change Order.
The date on which the Landlord's Work is complete, pursuant to the provisions of this subsection, is sometimes referred to as the "Date of Substantial Completion" or "Substantial Completion Date." The Landlord's Work shall be deemed to be substantially complete and the Date of Substantial Completion will be deemed to have occurred upon the issuance of a certificate of occupancy or other similar license, permit, or authorization.
