Common use of Shift and Weekend Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift and Weekend Premium. (a) An employee shall be paid a shift premium of eighty-five cents (85¢) per hour for each hour worked outside the normal hours of the day shift – not to exceed a 16 hour time period.
