Common use of Shift Bidding ― Detention Clause in Contracts

Shift Bidding ― Detention. ‌ a The County will maintain the existing shift bidding policy during the term of this agreement. Association grievances concerning the interpretation, application or alleged violation of Section 14.18.a. are subject to the grievance procedure under Article 30 of this MOU. b Any individual grievance concerning the interpretation, application or alleged violation of the shift bidding policy shall be subject only to the Departmental Grievance Procedure as set forth in this MOU; and any such individual grievance is hereby expressly excluded from the Grievance Procedure as set forth in Article 30 of this MOU.
