Shift Differential (For Class 7412 only). 177. For any shift immediately following a regular day shift or commencing during any period of a day shift shall be considered a night shift and employees working on such shift shall be paid ten percent (10%) above the regular day shift as set forth herein. A subsequent shift shall be known as a midnight shift and shall be paid fifteen percent (15%) above the regular day rate. Night and midnight Shift Differential premiums shall be paid only for days and hours actually worked except for statutory holidays and vacation days.
