Common use of Shift Premiums Clause in Contracts

Shift Premiums. Employees working the night shift shall be paid a shift differential of eighty cents ($0.80) per hour for the entire shift worked. In this section “night shift” means any shift in which the major portion occurs between 11:00 p.m. (2300 hours) and 7:00 a.m. (700 hours).
