Shift work in general. It is the intention that the shifts in a two-shift system shall alternate each week between morning and afternoon shifts. It is the intention that the shifts in a three-shift system shall alternate weekly between combinations of morning shifts, afternoon shifts and night shifts. Other systems may be effected by the enterprise if production conditions so dictate. The same applies when so agreed between the parties at the enterprise.
