Shipping Expenses. All prices for Product and GLS placed with GUPTA are FOB GUPTA's point of origin, and DISTRIBUTOR shall: (i) reimburse GUPTA for any shipping expenses incurred by GUPTA, and (ii) bear the risk of loss damage or theft upon shipment by GUPTA to DISTRIBUTOR.
Shipping Expenses. All shipping expenses, including insurance against loss or damage in transit, will be invoiced to and paid by Jesperator. Material shall be shipped by Jesperator F.O.B. to any U.S. location designated by C&C.
Shipping Expenses. In the event the buyer is not able to personally pick up their puppy, the puppy can be shipped via ground transportation at 8 weeks of age. Buyer shall be responsible for all associated costs including travel crate and shipping fees. Buyer must pay for puppy and shipping fees when puppy is 6 weeks of age.

The shipping expenses resulting from the availability and return of the rail tank cars as well as all other expenses incurred during the life of the contract are for the lessee’s account, and the same applies to the other taxes to be paid in connection with the shipment and garaging of the rail tank cars.

The Consignee agrees to arrange and pay for all costs and expenses in connection with the packing, crating and shipping, including any applicable customs, import and export duties, for the Work from its present location to the Location; and if the Work remains unsold at the end of the Consignment Period, the Consignee will arrange and pay for all costs in connection with packing and shipping the Work from the Location to the location specified in accordance with the second sentence of Section 6. In addition to paying for packing, crating, shipping and insurance expenses in accordance with Section 3 and this Section 4, the Consignee will be responsible for paying any other direct cost incurred by it in connection with the Consignment, except as otherwise agreed in writing by the Consignor and the Consignee.
Shipping Expenses. In the event the puppy is to be shipped, Buyer shall be responsible for all associated costs including transportation to the airport, shipping crate, airfare, and vet certificate ($500.00 Shipping). Buyer must pay for puppy and shipping at least 3 days before shipment of puppy to Buyer. • Registration: This puppy is being sold as a pet and companion animal. Registration for this puppy is limited as defined by the American Kennel Club.
Shipping Expenses. All prices specified are FOB UPS's designated destination, and UPS shall (i) reimburse GUPTA for reasonable and actual shipping and insurance expenses incurred by GUPTA under this Agreement for the transportation of Programs, and (ii) bear the risk of loss damage or theft of the physical property while the Programs are in transit to UPS.
5. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
Shipping Expenses. Except as excluded in this Article, Xxxxxxxx will pay all shipping expenses for operators on the Program, including costs for return of scrap Parts as provided in Article 3.10. Shipping of rental engines for a Hot Section Inspection is Owner or Designee cost.
Shipping Expenses. Party A bears shipping expenses under FOB first destination (refer to the Party B’s region)
1. Party B shall make payment and prepayment strictly in accordance with Party A’s requirement.
2. Party B shall not postpone the payment for the products.
3. Party B must transfer payment to the account designated by Party A. Party B may choose cash payment to Party A with regard to the actual situation.
4. Sales and payment between the Parties are checked by Party B and the accounting department of Party A. The Parties would verify the sales ledger based on result of the annual check.
