Short Codes. If Customer uses a short code as a part of the Talkdesk Services, (a) Customer will not change its short code use case (such as a campaign) approved by the telecommunications providers without first working with Talkdesk to have the new short code use case approved by such telecommunications providers; (b) Customer will stop sending additional messages to any party that replies by texting “STOP” (or the equivalent) to the short code, except for sending a single text message confirming that such party has been successfully opted out of the short code; and (c) Customer will follow all applicable telecommunications provider rules with respect to the use of short codes, including, without limitation, telecommunications provider rules with respect to ensuring that each of your recipients knowingly and explicitly opts in to receive messages from the short code prior to receiving any such messages. Customer agrees that each Short Code Application is subject to approval from the applicable telecommunications provider. Talkdesk has no control over the telecommunications provider approval process for short codes and will bear no liability if a Short Code Application is rejected by a telecommunications provider. Furthermore, if a telecommunications provider rejects a Short Code Application, Talkdesk has no obligation to refund any short code-related fees paid by Customer to Talkdesk prior to the telecommunications provider’s rejection of the Short Code Application.
Short Codes. 3.7.1 ZIM shall provide the Client with one or more Short Codes to be used by End Users to transmit Information Requests and for Client to transmit Information Services. Initially, ZIM shall provide Client a shared Short Code, which will be reserved for Client's sole use. Any key words associated with Client's shared Short Code shall be for the exclusive use of Client. In the event Client's volume of Information Services is not substantial, ZIM may assign others to share the Short Code reserved for Client, but only upon providing Client thirty (30) days prior written notice. In such event and upon Client's request, ZIM shall reserve a dedicated and dynamic Short Code for Client. Short Codes may comprise an entire UK Operator mobile telephone number. The purpose of the Short Code if for Zim to provide billing and collection services on Client's behalf as stated in Clause 2.
3.7.2 In so far as the Client may require use of an alphanumeric identifier (comprising a brand name or specific name as identification of the transmitter of an Information Service upon an End Users mobile telephone) the Client shall on request from ZIM provide evidence as to the right of the Client to use such name. Use of any alphanumeric identifier shall be subject to availability via each of the UK Operators
3.7.3 ZIM shall retain ownership to all Short Codes supplied and may withdraw such Short Codes at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice. In such circumstance, Zim would provide an adequate replacement or terminate this Agreement pursuant to Clause 13.2.1 (e).
3.7.4 ZIM shall be entitled to levy an additional charge in respect of the provision of dedicated Short Codes.
3.7.5 The Short Code provided by ZIM under Clause 3.7.1 shall enable dynamic suffixes to be added by Client for purposes of tracking and routing multiple thread application traffic.
Short Codes. The Parties agree to implement the short codes as detailed in the other Party's Annex I2.
Short Codes. Demo Codes Mobliss will use commercially reasonable efforts to transfer 10830 and 10838 demo codes to New Motion
Short Codes. The Company is the owner of the short codes used in connection with its business set forth in Schedule 6.12. The Company is not currently and has not previously been in violation of any applicable law, regulation, edict, order or guidelines of any applicable governmental authority, nor to its knowledge has it violated the privacy or other rights of any third party, in its past or present use in any manner of the short codes. The Company has not received notice that any short code will be terminated nor is it aware of any circumstance which is or is reasonably likely to give rise to any such termination.

a) Shall not change the short code use case without first having such new use case approved by Provider or the applicable provider.
b) Shall stop sending additional messages to any party that replies by texting “STOP” (or the equivalent) to the short code, except for a single text message confirming that such party has been successfully opted out of the short code.
c) Shall follow all applicable rules, regulations, laws, statutes, or guidelines set by state, local, or federal legal authorities, or as imposed by Provider or its service providers pertaining to the use of short codes or voice recordings.
Short Codes. If Customer utilizes a short code with SEW as a part of the Services, Customer:
a) Shall not change the short code use case without first having such new use case approved by SEW or the applicable provider.
b) Shall stop sending additional messages to any party that replies by texting “STOP” (or the equivalent) to the short code, except for a single text message confirming that such party has been successfully opted out of the short code.
c) Shall follow all applicable rules, regulations, laws, statutes, or guidelines set by state, local, or federal legal authorities, or as imposed by SEW or its affiliates, providers, etc. pertaining to the use of short codes or voice recordings.
Short Codes. Short Codes used to deliver the Services for a Project may be obtained by TrueDialog on Customer’s behalf from the CTIA or its Short Code administrator, if requested by Customer pursuant to the applicable Order Form. If TrueDialog agrees to provide Customer with access to a Short Code that is shared with other TrueDialog customers, Customer acknowledges that there is a probability that multiple Subscribers could be receiving messages or opting-in to multiple keywords within that Short Code. Customer acknowledges that the shared Short Codes used to deliver Projects remain at all times the property of TrueDialog and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions imposed by the entity authorized to administer such Short Codes.
Short Codes. ELEPHANT TALK will be able to handle voice calls to short codes. For geographical short numbers, the Host MNO will deliver the call to ELEPHANT TALK with the translated long number as B number According to Spanish regulation, calls to certain short numbers must not appear in the xxxx (i.e. 016)
