Common use of Short Notice Call-In Clause in Contracts

Short Notice Call-In. Where a nurse is called in to work less than one (1) hour prior to the commencement of the shift or after the shift has commenced, and arrives not more than one (1) hour following the commencement of such shift, she will receive pay at the appropriate rate for the complete shift.

Short Notice Call-In. Where a nurse is called in to work less than one (1) hour prior to or one (1) hour following the commencement of the a shift or after the shift has commenced, and arrives not more than one two (12) hour hours following the commencement of such shift, she will receive pay at the appropriate rate for the complete shift.
