Common use of Short-Term Education Leave Clause in Contracts

Short-Term Education Leave. The district may grant an employee a short-term paid leave for educational reasons related to his/her employment. Such paid leave is on a case- by-case basis and subject to availability of funds and desirability of the opportunity it provides to the district and the employee.
