Common use of Short-Term Public Bicycle Parking Clause in Contracts

Short-Term Public Bicycle Parking. Developer shall provide bicycle parking for short-term public use as shown on the Project Plans but no less than 10% of the long-term spaces required by Section 2.7.8(d)(3)(i) with a minimum of two (2) spaces. No more than 50% of the short-term bicycle parking may be provided in a vertical or hanging rack. Prior to ARB approval, the location and type of bike racks to be provided shall be submitted for review and approval by the City. The short-term bicycle parking spaces shall meet the following standards:
