In those instances where informal consultation with SHPO has occurred, FEMA shall provide a written summary notice (via e-mail or regular mail mail) will be sent to SHPO, including SHPO to confirm any decisions that were reached.

The SHPO or SHPO staff may delegate some or all of its responsibilities under this Agreement to one or more Liaisons to serve as a dedicated point of contact participate in initial disaster scoping for consultation with FEMA.
