Shrinkage Allowance. (a) A shrinkage allowance (the Shrinkage Allowance) of 0.5% of the quantity of the original Consignment delivered (or Client's Entitlement, if applicable) will be deducted in respect of all Receival Tonnage(For clarification, if 100 tonnes of Product is received, after allowing for the Shrinkage Allowance only 99.50 tonnes will be Outturned.) (b) After the Shrinkage Allowance has been deducted, title in the shrinkage residue (being a volume of Product representing the shrunk tonnage) will be taken to have transferred to QBT. (c) Any dust extracted from the Facility during the Outturning of a Consignment is included in the Outturn Tonnage and remains the property of the Client. Unless the Client requests otherwise, QBT will dispose of dust following the Outturning of a Consignment. (d) The Client acknowledges and agrees that Receival Fees and Storage Fees payable by the Client in accordance with this Agreement will be levied against the Receival Tonnage, the Outturn Fee will calculated having regard to the Shrinking Allowance.

Shrinkage Allowance. Customer acknowledges that some damage or loss to Customer’s Products at the Facility may occur during the performance of the Services. Accordingly, Customer agrees that NDC shall be entitled to the annual damage and shrinkage allowance of one-tenth of one percent (0.1%) of Customer’s inventory (valued at wholesale price) based on the variance between actual physical count and perpetual system inventory at the time of annual physical inventory taking (the “Shrinkage Allowance”), which must be exceeded prior to NDC being liable for any damage, loss or shortages of Customer’s Products, provided NDC has followed in all material respects the Standard Operating Procedures and the security requirements set forth on Schedule 1.8. In the event the Standard Operating Procedures or security requirements are not followed in all material respects, then NDC shall be responsible for all damage and loss of Products at the Facility. If NDC learns of any loss or damage to Product and/or property in the Facility, NDC will immediately notify Customer of such fact and request instructions, and any related claims by Customer shall be made in accordance with Section 6.1(d), and shall be supported by reasonably detailed copies of documentation of the wholesale price for the damaged items.
Shrinkage Allowance. 0.8% of delivered weight of the Commodity for cereals, canola and Other Grains. 1.2% of delivered weight of the Commodity for Pulses. GTA (NACMA) rules will apply to Out-turns.
Shrinkage Allowance. 21.1 Bunge will deduct a Shrinkage Allowance from each load of Grain delivered into the Bunge Facility. 21.2 Bunge shall levy receival fees against the Receival Tonnage prior to the deduction of the Shrinkage Allowance. All other charges shall be levied against the Outturn Tonnage.

(d) The Client acknowledges and agrees that: (i) Receival Fees and Storage Fees payable by the Client in accordance with this Agreement will be levied against the Receival Tonnage; and (ii) Outload Fees or Outturn Fees (as applicable) will be calculated on the tonnage after applying the Shrinkage Allowance. (e) If the Outload Tonnage or Outturn Tonnage (as applicable) for a Consignment (after accounting for the Shrinkage Allowance) is more than the Receival Tonnage, then the Client must (as QBT requires): (i) pay to QBT the fair market price at the time of Outloading or Outturning for the excess amount of Product that was Outloaded or Outturned; or (ii) replace the excess Product Outloaded or Outturned with Product of the same type and Grade.
Shrinkage Allowance. In further consideration of the rates herein, and in keeping with the definition of warehouseman’s legal liability contained herein and in Article 7-204 of the Uniform Commercial Code or other applicable state or local law, Client agrees to a shrinkage allowance in accordance with the Inventory Accuracy listed in the Service Levels contained in attached Appendix (C), for which, in case of loss or damage to Goods or mysterious disappearance, however caused, SPE will not be liable.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00)) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Isolation Allowance ‌ Employees in the following Communities shall receive an Isolation Allowance of $74.00 per month.   • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled while on employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. This does not include travel to and from work. Vehicle allowance shall be 40¢ per kilometre. Vehicles driven on employer business will be in compliance with ICBC Regulations.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.
