SICK DAY LEAVE. The parties hereby agree that any federal, state, or local law enacted or approved during the term of this Agreement with respect to mandatory sick day leave provided by the Employer, shall not apply to bargaining unit employees until such time as the parties have had the opportunity to meet and reach mutual agreement with respect to application of said law under this Agreement.
