Sick Leave Accumulation During 4/10 Workweek. During those periods of time when the County has implemented the 4/10 workweek as provided by this contract, the accumulation rate of sick leave shall be eight (8) work hours per month for full-time employment. Employees shall make every effort to not schedule non-emergency medical or dental appointments during the 4/10 workweek.
