Sick Leave and Workers Compensation. In the event of death or total permanent disability in a job-related injury as determined by the Workers’ Compensation insurer third party administrator, the Employee or the designated beneficiary shall receive one-hundred percent (100%) of the total accumulated sick leave at the Employee’s current hourly rate.
