Common use of Sick Leave Bank Application Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Bank Application. An employee who has exhausted his/her sick leave credits, vacation and floater days as per the provisions of Article 20.09(b) will be required to complete a Union/Employer approved “Sick Leave Bank Application” (see Appendix “A” for approved application form) as part of the process of applying for sick leave credit from the Sick Leave Bank. The Sick Leave Bank Committee has the right to deny sick leave to any employee who does not satisfy the Sick Leave Bank Committee of the legitimacy of his/her claim. It is the responsibility of the Employee to submit the completed Application Form to the Sick Leave Bank Committee.
