Sick Leave Bank Use Procedures. a. A participating teacher may apply to use Bank days for a Medical Emergency as defined herein when the teacher has depleted all of his/her accumulated paid leave days (sick and personal) and has been absent from work for thirty (30) consecutive work days for the same illness/disability, whichever shall occur last.
