SICK LEAVE CREDIT GRATUITY. 15.01.1 All Teachers hired prior to September 1, 1998 shall continue to receive the retirement gratuity as specified in the Collective Agreement which was negotiated between the former Bargaining Unit and Predecessor Board. The applicable provisions and the list of Teachers who receive the provisions will be listed in Appendix A (Sick Leave Gratuity Plans and Entitled Teachers).
