Sick Leave During Layoff. An employee who is temporarily laid off because of lack of work shall retain cumulative credits, if any, existing at the time of such layoff but shall not receive sick leave credits for the period of such layoff, except for any calendar month during which he or she works ten or more days, as provided for in Article 15.03.
