SICK LEAVE, INJURY & DISABILITY. (01) The Hospital will notify the Local Union of the names of any employees represented by the Union who are off work as a result of a work-related injury, and will provide a copy of the Incident Report the same time it is sent to W.S.I.B. provided that the employee agrees to sign a release form.
