SICK LEAVE (OTHER. 9.5.1 A Unit Member who has exhausted all entitlement to sick leave, vacation and other available paid leaves of absence and is still unable to return to work due to non-industrial accident or illness may, upon application by the Unit Member and approval of the Employer, be granted additional Other Sick Leave without pay, for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
