Sick Leave Pay at Separation. A. After ten (10) consecutive years of service in the Tucson Unified School District, ESPs who are members of the bargaining unit as of the effective date of this Agreement, or who become members after the effective date of this Agreement, shall receive pay for unused sick leave.
