Sick Leave Pool and Sick Leave Transfer. The DHSMV shall set up and administer a sick leave pool and sick leave transfer plan for employees if there is sufficient employee participation to render the pool and sick leave transfer plan administratively feasible. Employees shall be subject to the conditions, and have full access to the benefits, of the DHSMV’s existing sick leave pool and sick leave transfer plan.
