Sick Leave Provisions. (a) All employees, except for casual employees, upon completion of the probationary period, shall be granted one and one‐half (1½) days' sick leave with pay for every month of service. An employee shall be entitled to an accrual of all unused sick leave to a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) working days (effective 2014 March 04, two hundred and sixty‐one (261) days) for the employee’s future benefits.
