Common use of Sick Leave Transfer Program Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Transfer Program. Employees may donate and/or receive sick leave in accord with the terms and conditions of the City's Sick Leave Transfer Program. This program is established and defined by City ordinance and may be amended or rescinded at any time during the term of this Agreement. Any disputes that may arise concerning the terms, conditions and/or administration of such program shall be subject to the Grievance Procedure in Article 6 of this Agreement through Step 3 of Section 6.6. Grievances over Sick Leave Transfer Program disputes shall not be subject to Step 4 (Arbitration) of Section 6.6.
