Sidetracking. Any party having the right to participate in a proposed Sidetracking operation that does not own an interest in the affected wellbore at the time of the notice shall, upon electing to participate, tender to the wellbore owners its proportionate share (equal to its interest in the Sidetracking operation) of the value of that portion of the existing wellbore to be utilized as follows:

Sidetracking. An operation to directionally control or intentionally deviate a well to change the bottomhole location to another bottomhole location not deeper than the stratigraphic equivalent of the Objective Depth of an operation previously conducted in the well, unless the intentional deviation is done to straighten the hole, drill around junk, or overcome other mechanical difficulties. To “Sidetrack” means to conduct a Sidetracking.
Sidetracking. Directionally drilling by intentionally deviating a well bore to a target bottomhole location other than that target bottomhole location to which such well bore would have penetrated absent such deviation. Operations undertaken to straighten the hole or to drill around junk in the hole resulting from other mechanical difficulties shall not be considered as a sidetrack or sidetracking.
Sidetracking. Except as later provided in this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement applicable to a “deepening” operation shall also be applicable to any proposal to directionally control and intentionally deviate the well from vertical so as to change the bottom hole location (called “sidetracking”), unless done to straighten the hole or to drill around junk in the hole or because of other mechanical difficulties. Any party having the right to participate in a proposed sidetracking operation that does not own an interest in the well at the time of the notice shall, on electing to participate, tender to the well owners its proportionate share (equal to its interest in the sidetracking operation) of the value of that portion of the well to be utilized as follows:
Sidetracking. A drilling operation which is accomplished by an intentional deviation of the well bore to an objective other than that objective to which said well bore would have penetrated absent such deviation.

  • Decommissioning The expenditure for Decommissioning will be estimated on the basis of technical studies undertaken by the Contractor, to be agreed by the National Petroleum Agency, as part of each Field Development Program and revised as necessary.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • RECONSTRUCTION In the event the Premises are damaged by fire or other perils covered by extended coverage insurance, Landlord agrees to forthwith repair same, and this Lease shall remain in full force and effect, except that Tenant shall be entitled to a proportionate reduction of the Rent from the date of damage while such repairs are being made, such proportionate reduction to be based upon the extent to which the damage and making of such repairs shall reasonably interfere with the business carried on by the Tenant in the Premises. If the damage is due to the fault or neglect of Tenant or its employees, there shall be no abatement of Rent. In the event the Premises are damaged as a result of any cause other than the perils covered by fire and extended coverage insurance, then Landlord shall forthwith repair the same, provided the extent of the destruction be less than fifty percent (50%) of the then full replacement cost of the Premises. In the event the destruction of the Premises is to fifty percent (50%) or more of the full replacement cost, then Landlord shall have the option; (1) to repair or restore such damage, this Lease continuing in full force and effect, but the Rent to be proportionately reduced as herein above in this Section provided; or (2) give notice to Tenant at any time within sixty (60) days after such damage, terminating this Lease as of the date specified in such notice, which date shall be no more than thirty (30) days after the giving of such notice. In the event of giving such notice, this Lease shall expire and all interest of the Tenant in the Premises shall terminate on the date so specified in such notice and the Rent, reduced by a proportionate reduction, based upon the extent, if any, to which such damage interfered with the business carried on by the Tenant in the Premises, shall be paid up to date of said such termination. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section, Landlord shall not have any obligation whatsoever to repair, reconstruct or restore the Premises when the damage resulting from any casualty covered under this Section occurs during the last six (6) months of the Term of this Lease or any extension thereof.

  • Excavation If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

  • Restoration The following provisions shall apply in connection with the Restoration of the Property:

  • Demolition The Lessor shall remove existing abandoned electric, telephone, and data cabling and devices, as well as any other improvements or fixtures in place, to accommodate the Government’s requirements. Any demolition of existing improvements that is necessary to satisfy the Government’s layout shall be done at the Lessor’s expense.

  • Remediation The Charter School shall provide remediation in required cases pursuant to State Board of Education Rule 160-4-5-.01 and No Child Left Behind, subject to any amendment, waiver or reauthorization thereof

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Product Testing Upon request, Customer shall provide Operator a laboratory report for each Product delivery by Customer or Customer’s supplier. Operator will not be obligated to receive Contaminated Product for throughput across the Berths, nor will Operator be obligated to accept Product that fails to meet the quality specifications set forth in the arrival notice.
