Common use of SIGN LANGUAGE PREMIUM Clause in Contracts

SIGN LANGUAGE PREMIUM. Any qualified Unit member who is requested by the Communications Assistance Center to employ sign language skills in the course of their work shall be compensated in accordance with LAAC Section 4.84.1.

SIGN LANGUAGE PREMIUM. ‌ Any qualified Unit member who is requested by the Communications Assistance Center to employ utilize sign language skills in the course of their work shall be compensated in accordance with LAAC Section 4.84.14.84.1 (Premium Pay for Persons Possessing Sign Language Skills).
