Design-Builder The person or entity responsible for the proper completion of the activities described in the Contract Documents and who executes the Contract.
Ownership of Drawings and Specifications All Drawings, Specifications and copies thereof furnished by the A/E are to remain A/E’s property. These documents are not to be used on any other project, and with the exception of one contract set for each party to the Contract, are to be returned to the A/E, upon request, following completion of the Work.
Design Phase All Basic Services set forth in the Agreement with the exception of Interdisciplinary Document Coordination Review, conducting a Card Trick session, Value-Engineering services, Estimating services. Drawings and Specifications at the Project Site The Contractor shall keep at the Site at least one copy of the Contract Documents and Change Orders, all in good order and available to the Design Professional and to his representatives.
Drawings and Specifications 9.1 A complete list of all Drawings that form a part of the Contract Documents are to be found as an index on the Drawings themselves, and/or may be provided to Developer and/or in the Table of Contents.
Delivery/Installation Instructions Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all deliveries and installations will be quoted on a project by project basis. All installation, labor, and or delivery charges must be shown as a separate line item on quotes and invoices. One of the following delivery methods must be specified on every Agency Purchase Order:
Work Loads If an employee believes the amount of work he or she is required to perform is excessive over what is required from the rest of the staff and it will result in an occupational accident or occupational injury to him or her, the question shall be referred to Section 17 of this Agreement.
Building Access i. Access to Secured buildings: Contractor will work through the GIT Contract administrator for access to the building.
Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin.
