Signboard. 4.5.1 The Tenant has the right to display its name in English and Chinese on the nameplate of the tenants in the characters, font and place designated by the Landlord. Such characters and font and any installation, addition, modification, repair or replacement shall be the (Tenant’s) responsibility. The Landlord cooperates with the Tenant to properly handle this matter. 4.5.2 The Tenant has the right to hang up its name at the entrance of the Tenant in the characters, size and font consented to by the Landlord. If the Tenant does not use its own name but use other party’s name to conduct business, then it shall notify the Landlord of the name in which it conducts business and has the right to display and hang up that name.

Signboard. The Signboard and lettering on same for the display of the General Contractor and Sub-Contractors' names shall be of an approved size with the Employer's name painted thereon. The Architect's, Quantity Surveyor's and other Consultants' names shall be printed in 50 mm letters all to the Architect's design. No other signboard or advertising will be permitted. The signboard shall be well maintained throughout the construction period and removed upon completion. (See also under FORM OF CONTRACT Clauses 31.0 and 32.0) A. NOMINATED SUB-CONTRACTORS The items for "General Attendance" given herein-after following Prime Cost Sums in respect of Sub-Contractors' work shall be deemed to include all the above. The items for "Special Attendance" given herein-after following Prime Cost Sums shall include any one or more of the above items as set out in the particular reference.
Signboard. To pay within 21 days of demand to the Landlord the cost incurred by the Landlord in writing in the general style adopted by the Landlord for the Office Block the name of the Tenant and the situation of the Demised Premises on such name board and in such other situations within the Office Block as the Tenant shall desire and the Landlord shall approve
Signboard. Party B shall have the right to display its legal name (as specified in the contract) on the designated signboard(s) within the building (if any), provided that Party B must pay Party A or the management unit a reasonable service fee for any additional installation, repair, alteration, or replacement of Party B's nameplate on the building's signboard(s) (if any) deemed necessary by Party A or the management unit within fourteen (14) days of receiving written notice from Party A. If Party B needs to change or add any other names in the future, Party B must apply to Party A in writing. Under reasonable circumstances, Party A will consider it, and Party B will need to pay the relevant fees.

Each one of the Points of Sale shall be identified by the signboard featuring the Signs, and in particular the signs indicated in art. 3.1 and in Schedule “3.1”, in accordance with the specifications that Akkurate shall communicate to CPMM. CPMM shall not affix and/or exhibit - neither inside nor outside each one of the Points of Sale - other names and/or signs and/or specifications whatsoever, unless specifically and expressly authorized in writing by Akkurate. 5.2. CPMM shall not affix and/or exhibit the signboard featuring the Signs prior to obtaining the authorizations required under the law. Such authorizations, whenever required, shall be requested and renewed by and at the expenses of CPMM.

  • Cameras NSP items may only be acquired through the Contractor(s) or their Authorized Dealer(s) and must be reported quarterly with all other sales under the resulting Master Agreement(s). NSP items must be priced at a minimum discount of 15% from MSRP or List Price.   • Signage All signs, notices and graphics of every kind or character, visible in or from public corridors, the Building Common Area or the exterior of the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to Landlord’s prior approval of the plans and specifications thereof (including, without limitation, the design, location, and size), Tenant shall have the right (“Exterior Signage Rights”) to install tenant identification signage on the exterior of the Building (the “Sign”), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and in accordance with all applicable Laws (including any requirements set forth by the applicable agencies in the City and County of San Francisco) (the “Signage Requirements”). Tenant shall erect the Sign in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Landlord, in a good and workmanlike manner, and at all times thereafter, Tenant shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the Sign in a good, clean and safe condition and in accordance with the Signage Requirements, including all repairs and replacements thereto. Upon the occurrence of any event of default and/or upon the termination or earlier expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall promptly remove the Sign, in which event Tenant shall be responsible for and shall repair any damage to the Building resulting therefrom. Tenant’s Exterior Signage Rights hereunder are personal to Dolby California, and, except with respect to an assignment to a Tenant Affiliate or Dolby Entity in connection with an assignment of this Lease, may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be given or withheld or given upon conditions in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals (governmental and private) necessary for the installation and maintenance of the Sign. If Tenant fails to remove the Sign as required under this Section 32, Landlord shall have the right, at Tenant’s expense, to remove the Sign. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and protect Landlord and the Landlord Parties and hold Landlord and the Landlord Parties harmless from and against any and all, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, causes of action, liabilities, injuries or expenses arising out of or related to Tenant’s exercise of the Exterior Signage Rights granted hereunder, including, without limitation, any claims of injury to or death of persons or damage to property occurring or resulting directly or indirectly from the installation or maintenance of the Sign on the Building.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Onboarding The parties acknowledge that the City provides a new employee orientation (onboarding) to each new employee hired by the City. As such, the Union will be provided with not less than 10 calendar days’ advanced notice of the time, date, and location of the onboarding of any new employee represented by the Union. The Union will be given 30- minutes at the start of the new employee onboarding in a room designated by the City for no more than one (1) representative to present Union membership information. The City representative will excuse him or herself during the Union portion of the onboarding. The Union agrees in its portion of the onboarding not to engage in speech that could cause disruption or material interference with City activities. The City will provide 30 minutes of Union Release Time to the Union representative presenting the Union membership information during the scheduled onboarding. The Union shall provide the Union representative’s immediate supervisor with the Union representative’s name at least five (5) days prior to the onboarding. The Union representative shall be released for this purpose unless unusual operation needs interfere with such release in which case the Union representative’s immediate supervisor will provide a written explanation of why release could not be approved. If the Union representative is not released due to department operational needs, the Union representative may arrange an alternative date and time to meet with the newly hired employee within the first two (2) weeks of employment, subject to the 30-minutes onboarding and Union Release Time requirements as stipulated above.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.
