SINGLE CONTRACT. THE PRODUCER’S DUTIES THE PRODUCER MUST a) pay for costs incurred by Producer Organisations in carrying out the producer responsibility duties desig- nated by the regulations mentioned in paragraph 4. The fee levied on each single Producer is collected centrally by XXXXX Ltd; it is set on the basis of the Recycling Fee decided by the Producer Organisation and the packaging quantities reported by the Producer in the manner more clearly defined in paragraph 10 below. b) pay XXXXX Ltd’s Customer and Registration Fees. The fee charged to each single Producer is collected by XXXXX Ltd. A Producer’s Customer Fee is set on the basis of the Customer Fee decided by XXXXX Ltd and the packaging quantities reported by the Producer in the manner more clearly defined in paragraph 10 below. The Registration Fee is charged according to the price list. c) report to XXXXX Ltd annually the packaging materials and quantities that it has used to pack its products and that it has placed on the market or imported together with its products. The Producer must submit the information for the previous calendar year by the end of February in the following calendar year. d) The Producer is obliged to cooperate with and to assist XXXXX Ltd in the checks described in paragraph 13 of the Terms of Contract, in any oficial inspections and in any other necessary means at the request of XXXXX Ltd.

SINGLE CONTRACT. This Agreement and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Administrative Agent constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. Except as provided in Section 4.01, this Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by the Administrative Agent and when the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts hereof which, when taken together, bear the signatures of each of the other parties hereto, and thereafter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by telecopy shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.

SINGLE CONTRACT. PRODUCER’S DUTIES a. must pay for costs incurred by the Producer Organisation in carrying out the statutory producer responsibility duties described in paragraph 3; b. must provide XXXXX Ltd with statutory information about packaging materials and quantities every year in accordance with Xxxxx Ltd’s instructions. The Producer must submit the information for the previous calendar year by the end of February in the following calendar year; c. the Producer is obliged to cooperate with and to assist XXXXX Ltd in the audits described in paragraph 11 of the Terms of Contract, in any official inspections and in any other neces- sary matters at the request of XXXXX Ltd.

SINGLE CONTRACT. This contract governs in a comprehensive manner the legal relationships between the CUSTOMER and ABC CARGO LOGISTIC SAS, and cancels and supersedes completely any other written or verbal agreement that may have existed between ABC CARGO LOGISTIC SAS and the CUSTOMER with respect to the cargo that is the subject matter of this contract.

SINGLE CONTRACT. 14.1. These terms and conditions, together with other agreements concluded between customers and the Company, form a single and complete agreement regarding the platform and/or services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications, perceptions, as well as written or oral statements and warranties relating to the platform and/or services.

SINGLE CONTRACT. This Representative Supplement shall become effective when the Collateral Agent shall have received a counterpart of this Representative Supplement that bears the signature of the New Representative. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Representative Supplement by facsimile transmission or other electronic transmission (including “.pdf” or “.tif” format) shall be effective as delivery of a manually signed counterpart of this Representative Supplement.

SINGLE CONTRACT. This contract celebrated between THE CLIENT and THE BANK, containing the terms and conditions governing the products and services offered by THE BANK to THE CLIENT, which are beneficial to the interests of both parties and will be mandatory compliance, coming into effect from the date of subscription by THE CLIENT of THE RESPECTIVE PRODUCT ACTIVATION FORM and prior acceptance and/or approval by THE BANK. ACCOUNT: The savings, current, or fixed-term deposit account of which THE CLIENT is the holder and which is governed by the terms and conditions of this contract. CURRENCY: Instrument of gold, copper, silver, or another metal with the distinctive marks chosen by the issuing authority to certify its legitimacy and value, as well as a bill or paper of legal tender accepted as a unit of account, measure of value, and means of payment representing circulating money in a country. PIN OR SECRET NUMBER: The code confidentially given to the CARDHOLDER that allows access to ATMs.

SINGLE CONTRACT. This Supplement shall become effective when the Collateral Agent shall have received counterparts of this Supplement that, when taken together, bear the signatures of the New Pledgor and the Collateral Agent. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Supplement by facsimile transmission shall be as effective as delivery of a manually signed counterpart of this Supplement.
