Site Fee. The site fee per church satellite campus is $250 per trimester, and must be paid before beginning each trimester. You may receive a 20% discount by paying all three trimester site fees in advance ($600).
Site Fee. Site agrees to pay the site fee in full by March 16, 2018. The site fee helps pay for member expenses (living allowance and health insurance), training, and support of the members placed at the site. The fee is $6,500 per member. Organizations can choose to either pay the payment in one lump sum or pay it in two equal installments. The payment schedule is below. In the event that a site does not pay the site fee in a timely manner, it will be taken into consideration for the following year's award and/or up to and including transfer of the member during their current service year.
Site Fee. (a) In consideration of the Organiser granting access to the Applicant Parties to the Site at the Show, the Applicant Parties must pay the Site Fee.
(b) Unless otherwise agreed by the Organiser, the Site Fee does not include any costs associated with:
(i) connections to, or use of, any utilities (including electricity, water and gas) at the Venue;
(ii) connections to, or use of, any internet or telephone services at the Venue;
(iii) waste removal from the Site;
(iv) advertising and the distribution of catalogues, handbills or pamphlets in relation to the Show or the Exhibit;
(v) xxxxxxx and floor coverings for the Site;
(vi) unloading, loading, handling, packing, arranging or dressing any Exhibit;
(vii) wages of staff required for the operation and management of the Exhibit;
(viii) cleaning the Exhibit and the Site;
(ix) obtaining the Required Insurance;
(x) statutory charges which may become payable as a result of this Agreement; or
(xi) any other item or matter that relates to the Site or the Exhibit, (Additional Fees).
(c) The Applicant Parties must pay all Additional Fees invoiced by the Organiser in accordance with clause 4.3(c).
Site Fee. 3.1 The Club will review the Site Fee and determine a new Site Fee at the end of each Financial Year. The latest Site fee will be payable from 1 July for the following 12-month period (“Fee Period”) which will operate as an amendment to the Site Fee stated in Item 3 of Schedule A.
3.2 The Site Fee for each Fee Period will be paid on the Commencement Date and thereafter on the 1 July of each Fee Period and in the case of any broken period of less than one full Fee Period by an instalment on the first day of the broken period of a proportionate amount.
Site Fee. The “Site Fee” for the use of the Premises is AMOUNT hundred US Dollars ($AMOUNT.00).
Site Fee. Xxxxx agrees to comply with the following regarding the Site Fee:
3.2.1 3.2.1 Unless otherwise agreed to in a writing signed or confirmed by both parties, Site must pay FoodCorps the Site Fee within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. FoodCorps will send Site its invoice in November.
Site Fee. With the exception of the portions of Exhibit B of the Agreement relating to the 2015 and 2018 Tournaments, Exhibit B is hereby deleted and replaced with the new Exhibit B attached hereto as Attachment 1. For the avoidance of doubt, the site fee for the years 2015 and 2018 shall remain as set forth in the original Exhibit B.
