Site Storm Drainage. Where applicable, the Subdivider agrees to comply with plans and off-site drainage approved by the City Engineer and shall perform the clearing and cleaning of ditches and land reasonably necessary at its expense. The City will provide the Subdivider with access to land owned and controlled by the City for this purpose and the Subdivider shall be responsible for obtaining licenses or easements on all private lands necessary to satisfy the drainage plans approved by the City Engineer.

The City will provide the Subdivider with access to land owned and controlled by the City for this purpose and the Subdivider shall be responsible for obtaining licenses or easements on all private lands necessary to satisfy the drainage plans approved by the City Engineer. Any off-site storm drainage must comply with ACO §1050.111 and any other applicable sections of the Avon Codified Ordinances.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. Joint communications and signage costs – expenditures directly associated with joint federal communication activities and with federal project signage.
