Common use of Skilled Teachers Clause in Contracts

Skilled Teachers. The Board elects to evaluate Skilled teachers every two years per Ohio Revised Code 3319.111. If a district elects to evaluate these teachers every two years, an observation, conference and meeting their Professional Growth Plan. The evaluation schedule must be noted in the electronic evaluation system in the fall of the school year.
