Slamming. 9.1 The CRES Provider hereby agrees to use the EFYW Program and access to the BPP only for its intended purpose and with authorization by the customer. 9.2 No CRES Provider shall access customer data through the BPP for which it does not have authorization to access or for purposes other than for those authorized by the customer. 9.3 Any CRES Provider found to be slamming shall be immediately terminated from the EFYW Program and all access to the BPP shall be immediately revoked.
SlammingEach Party will abide by applicable state commission rules when obtaining end user authorization to change an end user's local service provider to itself and in assuming responsibility for any applicable charges. Failure to obtain end user authorization prior to changing such end user's local service provider shall be considered slamming. Only an end user can initiate a challenge to a change in its local exchange telephone service. Each Party shall make available proof of end user authorization upon request.

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.64 – DEBARMENT AND SUSPENSION CERTIFICATION (3/18). Pursuant to 2 CFR 180 and 2 CFR 417, Purchaser shall certify and obtain certifications from its Subcontractors regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion, including additional Subcontractors obtained after award of this contract. “Subcontractors” are participants in lower tier covered transactions. Contracting Officer shall provide a copy of Forms AD-1047 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters – Primary Covered Transactions and AD-1048 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion – Lower Tier Covered Transactions to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall complete form AD-1047 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request. Purchaser shall require each subcontractor to complete form AD-1048 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request.

  • Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored or used on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.
