Room Block. Hotel agrees that it will provide, and University agrees that it will be utilizing (# of rooms) room nights in the pattern set forth below:
Room Block. The State will provide the Contractor final confirmation of rooms at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the conference date. The Contractor must provide written notification to the State seven (7) calendar days prior to releasing the room block. After providing written notice and the expiration of the final room confirmation deadline, the Contractor may release the rooms and will no longer be responsible to hold the block of rooms.
Room Block. At all times during the Term, but subject to the remaining provisions of this Article 3, Manager shall reserve for use by one or more Potential Convention Center Customers on any given day, up to three hundred twenty (320) guest rooms within the Hotel (“Required Room Block Size”), for the Required Room Block Days during each Booking Period.
Room Block. The Hotel will hold a total of room nights for the University’s event. The daily University breakdown and rates are as follows: « RoomInfo Date» « RoomInfo RoomType» « RoomInfo N egotiatedRoomNi ghts» All guestroom rates are subject to current state and local occupancy tax totaling 14%. The Hotel agrees to hold this Room Block until «BusinessCutoffDate» (“Cut-Off Date”), after which date rooms not covered by a rooming list or individual reservations shall be released from the Room Block and the Hotel shall have the right to sell any rooms so released. Hotel may continue to accept reservations received after the Cut-Off Date on a space and rate availability basis.
Room Block. A. The following represents the number of guest rooms the Hotel will hold for reservations by meeting attendees in accordance with this Agreement: Date Monday, 19 April, 2004 Tuesday, 20 April, 2004 Wednesday, 21 April, 2004 Thursday, 22 April, 2004 Friday, 23 April, 2004 Saturday, 24 April, 2004 Sunday, 26 April, 2004 Single/Double # of Rooms # of Rooms # of Rooms # of Rooms # of Rooms # of Rooms # of Rooms However, this does not constitute a guarantee or representation by the Society that all of the rooms held in the block will be reserved or occupied by meeting attendees. The Hotel shall, on a regular basis, advise the Society of the number of rooms reserved in the block and the number available. In no case shall this minimum room commitment as stipulated in this Agreement be reduced except by subsequent mutual consent via written agreement between the Society and the Hotel. After the XXX (Year) Meeting, the Hotel and the Society will reevaluate the room and space commitment. Based on such evaluation and upon mutual agreement, the guest room percentages and assigned meeting space can be modified without penalty to more accurately reflect the Meeting’s current history. Any modifications will not affect either party’s obligations under this Agreement unless a written amendment to this Agreement is agreed upon by both parties. All rooms used by persons attending or working at the meeting will be counted in the room block. These include, but are not limited to: all cancellations billed (“no shows”); all persons who, for whatever reason, do not receive the group room rate (e.g., late reservations, corporate rates, government rates, non-hotel internet sites, etc.); all persons “walked.” Every effort will be made by the Society and by the Hotel to ensure that all Meeting attendees staying in the Hotel are counted in the block.
Room Block. In connection with the Event, Hotel shall make available for reservation by Attendees the following number and type(s) of sleeping rooms:
Room Block. Contractor must be able to block and hold up to 35 rooms with no less than a 24-hour notice by the State with the possibility of an additional 39 rooms. Contractor must provide the DNR confirmation of the room block and confirmation number(s). The State will not accept any alternate lodging arrangements after the rooms are confirmed via email. DNR will work with Contract Vendor if additional rooms may be necessary (the 39 rooms mentioned above).
Room Block. Between and , the room block may be changed only upon the mutual written agreement of Association and Hotel.

Room Block. Vendor shall honor all reservations guaranteed by attendees and if it cannot meet its obligation, it shall find the attendee a room at a comparable hotel and providing transportation to and from that location, in addition to all other concessions.
