Room Service. 34.01 In the Room Service Department, a suggested gratuity in amount of fifteen percent (15%) shall be shown on the guest’s cheque, with the understanding that non-payment of all/any service charge to the Hotel by the guest will be recoverable from the employee.

Room Service. In the room service department, a gratuity in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) shall be added to the guest’s check. 100% of this gratuity will go to the server.
Room Service. The parties have agreed to the following procedures to apply in respect of Room Service service charges:
Room Service. The Company shall add an automatic 15% gratuity to all in room dining invoices. Furthermore, the Company shall pay $1.50 to the In Room Dining employee per food cart delivery to the Concierge Lounge.

For purposes of this Section, a cocktail party/hospitality is a gathering of ten (10) or more persons in a private room or suite in which alcoholic beverages, mixes, glasses, ice or food are delivered by the Room Service Server. A service charge of one dollar thirty-five cents ($1.35) for each delivery made by a Room Service Server or Bus Person shall be paid for delivering complimented items such as liquor or fruit and other similar items, but excluding meals and beverages served with meals, sent to the guest room by the Employer. It is agreed that Bartenders may work four (4) hour shifts for cocktail parties/hospitalities in suites and be paid at the Banquet Bartender rate.

Where the complimented item(s) to be delivered requires more than normal set up by the Server, for example, leave the room service area to prepare the complimented item(s) or prepare the complimented item(s) in the room service area, the Server will be guaranteed a gratuity of five dollars ($5.00) per delivery. Where the Food Server is required to deliver the complimented item(s) and service the guest for the event in the room, the Food Server shall be guaranteed a gratuity of fifteen percent (15%) of the menu price of the food and beverage served with a cap of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per Server who actually performed the work. 16.08.

Room Service Servers shall also set up and breakdown the Xxxxxx/Concierge Lounge when used for offering breakfast and evening appetizer items to hotel guests.
Room Service. (k) banquets; (l) carry-out items; (m) any and all other foods, products, products and services; (n) all off-premises sales of foods, food products and all other products and services offered in connection with the Franchisee's Alamo Grill-TM- Restaurant; and (o) all sales, use or gross receipts tax rebates. "Gross Sales" will not include any sales, use or gross receipts tax imposed by any federal, state, municipal or governmental authority directly upon sales, if the amount of the tax is added to the selling price and is charged to the customer, a specific record is made at the time of each sale of the amount of such tax, and the amount of such tax is paid to the appropriate taxing authority by the Franchisee; the amount of all discounts and coupons issued to the public by the Franchisee and which are taken or redeemed at the Franchisee's Alamo Grill-TM-Restaurant provided that a specific record is made each time a customer takes a discount or redeems a coupon of the amount of the reduction in the menu price as a result of such discount taken or coupon redeemed; and, the amount of all employee meal discounts (e.g., manager meals) taken by employees of the Franchisee at the Franchisee's Alamo Grill-TM- Restaurant provided that a specific record is made each time an employee takes an employee meal discount of the amount of the reduction in menu price as a result of such discount.
