Smart Meter. ͟ ŵĞĂŶƐ ĞůĞĐƚƌŽŶŝĐ ĚĞǀŝĐĞƐ ƚŚĂƚ ƌĞĐ information regarding the production, use, flow, or consumption of a utility, such as electric energy, water, or gas, and communicate that information wirelessly, but do not use the Cellular Standards for any non-utility related purpose.
Smart Meter. I understand that by leasing a solar system through CE and its assigns the utility company may require that I have a Smart Meter installed on my property. If after the Smart meter is installed and your electrical xxxx shows extremely higher than usual electrical consumption one or two months in a row please contact your utility company to request an audit of your Smart Meter. CE and its assignees, is not responsible for issues between customer(s) and the utility company.
Smart Meter. Access to your data benefits requires a Smart Meter (being a Type 4 digital metering device) at the nominated premises. If you do not have a Smart Meter at your nominated premises, we will arrange for a Meter Service Provider to change the meter and you agree to the Meter Service Provider making this change.

  • Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve.   • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above.   • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.

The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Feedback You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”).
