CSOShift Differential for CSOs. CSOs shall be paid a differential of one dollar ($1.00 for each hour or major portion thereof (thirty minutes (30) or more), worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a. m. and for each hour or major portion thereof worked on Saturday or Sunday, except where the employee has requested to be on a flexible work schedule, and has been granted the requested change.
CSOThe Investor is aware that the Company has obligations towards the CSO, and agrees to be bound by them and by all the provisions relevant to the shareholders according to the Founders Agreement dated April 16, 1997 (a copy of which is attached as exhibit A) as if the Investor was a party to the said Agreement.
CSO. The Purchaser is aware that the transaction contemplated by this Agreement is subject to the approval of the CSO in accordance with the Encouragement of Research and Development in Industry Act of 1984 and any regulations promulgated thereunder (the “ERDI Law”) and the Purchaser is aware that: (i) the Company is subject to the payment of royalties to the CSO from sale of products supported by the CSO up to a sum equal to the grant amount, and (ii) the ERDI Law places strict constraints on the transfer of specified know-how and/or production rights, making such transfers subject to the absolute discretion of the CSO, acting in accordance with the aims of the ERDI Law, and requiring that any such transfer receive the prior written approval of the CSO. The Purchaser agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to obtain the consent of the CSO required to complete the transactions contemplated by this Agreement; provided, however, that the Purchaser shall not be required to pay any consideration or to agree to any restrictions or undertakings in connection with seeking such consent, except for the execution of an undertaking to the CSO substantially in the form of Exhibit 5.07.
CSOIn order to correctly charge EV, and support DSO with load balancing, the CSO has the following security goals: CSO_SG01 ensure data integrity and authenticity of EV charging data (i.e. EV Charge Data, EV Charge Plan) during transfer and storage. CSO_SG02 ensure data integrity and authenticity of control data (i.e. Set Point) from the DSO during transfer and storage.

During football events taking place in District-run bowls and stadiums, the home 42 team school shall be considered that school’s venue. If more than one school is 43 represented at the event, the District will determine the number of officers needed 44 and the assignment(s) will be offered in order of seniority to the eligible officers 45 from the participating school(s). If CSOs from the participating schools are 1 unable to work bowl events, the assignment shall be offered to the remaining 2 CSOs per the “overtime rotation list” described below. 3 4 c. For all other events at that school, overtime shall be offered to that school’s CSO. 5 6 d. For all other venues requiring unarmed Security, where no CSO is assigned, work 7 will be offered per the overtime rotation process below. 8
CSOFor the purpose of coordination and general oversight of the Project, the Borrower shall maintain, until the Closing Date, CSO in a form and with functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association. CSO shall remain composed, inter alia, of representatives of PSE’s and Producer Associations with at least one third representation from the private sector and shall be headed by a Chairman who shall report directly to the Minister responsible for Agricultural Development. CSO shall be responsible for, inter alia: (a) carrying out annual reviews of proposals, work plans and budgets made by ANPIP’s PIU and ensuring their consistency with the Program; (b) receiving from ANPIP’s PIU, reviewing and approving applications for Subproject Grants above the threshold amount of FCFA 10 million under Part C of the Project; (c) reviewing the progress made or being made towards achieving the Project’s objectives; (d) proposing recommendations for the removal of barriers to the achievement of the Project’s objectives, if any; (e) coordinating and participating in Project supervision missions; and (f) preparing reports and reviews together with ANPIP’s PIU for the benefit of the Association as provided for under Section III of Schedule 3 to this Agreement.
CSO. A CSO who fails to appear for an overtime assignment at a school other than their regularly assigned school shall be removed from the overtime seniority rotational list for the remainder of the school year. Their regular supervisor may offer the CSO overtime at their regularly assigned school. A DPO who fails to appear for an overtime assignment shall be removed from the overtime seniority rotation list for the remainder of the school year. Officers working overtime as described above shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay. An employee will not be removed from the overtime rotation list for failing to appear for an overtime assignment if they have a verified emergency. The officer shall contact the Director of Security and the Overtime Coordinator as soon as possible. Once contacted, it shall be the responsibility of the Director of Security and Overtime Coordinator, or designee to fill the assignment. Overtime offered for District-sponsored and hosted events, shall be at the discretion of the District. Employee concerns involving overtime assignments may be discussed with the Director of Security, designee, or the appropriate District administrator. Overtime concerns may also be discussed during Labor-Management Meetings.
